Overlee Playing Fields

Overlee Playing Fields, also known as Overlee Park, is a public park off Moray Drive in the Stamperland area of Clarkston. A local DogFolk member describes it as a big open space for dogs to run around. The park has grass football pitches, with two 11-a-side and two 9-a-side pitches listed by East Renfrewshire Culture & Leisure, and a children's play area. A free pump track opened in October 2026 between the sports pitches, for bikes, scooters, adapted wheelchairs and skateboards. For a dog walk, be mindful of football matches, children and riders using the park. Keep your dog under close control, give activities plenty of space and follow signs at each area. Off-lead permission and secure fencing have not been verified. Access is from Moray Drive. Drinking water, poo bins and public toilet access have not yet been confirmed, so bring water and bags.
