Dogs are welcome throughout the year across Stourhead’s garden and wider estate during daytime opening, generally on a short lead. Dogs may enter the shop, restaurant, visitor reception, top courtyard and Spread Eagle courtyard; only assistance dogs can enter the house and garden buildings. Water bowls and dog-waste bins are provided. Event restrictions can differ, including assistance-dogs-only access at Christmas at Stourhead.
