Manchester Dog Training Academy describes a reward-based approach with programmes matched to the dog’s age and needs. Pre-puppy preparation is a ninety-minute home session recommended two to three weeks before arrival. Puppy Head Start is a four-week group course for dogs aged eight to twenty weeks, while the adolescent course covers five to eighteen months. Adult core obedience runs for six weeks, followed by an optional four-week urban-skills course requiring the core programme first. Private home packages contain three or five sessions. More complex reactivity or anxiety support starts with a ninety-minute assessment and six follow-up private sessions. Recall and loose-lead workshops and scent-work courses are also advertised.
