Kramer Dogs publishes home consultations at £120 for two hours, with a two-hour minimum and additional time at £50 per hour. Online consultations cost £50 for an hour and include a video assessment, tailored advice, a report and 10% off the first in-person session. Aggression-related consultations are conducted in person only. Support covers recall, lead walking, toilet routines, puppy preparation, separation anxiety, fears, resource-related concerns and other behaviour difficulties. Return travel costs up to £10 are included in the home-session price; wider travel is quoted separately. The stated working hours are weekdays 6–10pm and weekends 9am–8pm.
