Since 1 May 2025, pets may stay only in Superior rooms, with a maximum of one pet per bedroom; the rooms page specifies one small pet. The fee is £20 per pet per night. A bed and food/water bowls are provided, with a cooked sausage for dogs accompanying guests at breakfast. The listed building has stairs and no lift, so discuss access needs before booking. One on-site parking space costs £30 per night and must be reserved; Charlotte Street car park is the suggested alternative, five to ten minutes away. Check-in is 3pm and check-out 11am.
